Join us for a 300 km challenge where nature and wellness take center stage.
Escape the busy daily grind with nature sauna, waterfall dip, breathwork, and yoga, combined with a beautiful and challenging road bike ride through the Swedish countryside.
We cycle 150 km on the first day, starting from Svanemølle Harbor along the coast, take the ferry, and continue into the fresh forest air. We will stay overnight at Lost Folk’s swedish country villa with a private lake, sauna, communal dinner table, and bonfire. Here, we can recharge our batteries away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It will be two days filled with nourishing wellness activities, lake swims and good food.
Sunday around 13.30 PM, we cycle 150 km back home on new unexplored roads.
Lost Folks facilitates mentally healthy community activities centered around nature and holistic health for busy professionals who care about their well-being.
We meet at Svanemølle Harbor 06.20 AM, where we collectively set up the route on Strava so everyone can navigate easily and drop off our bags. From there, the journey begins with the first 38 km to the Helsingør ferry. We then sail across and continue 112 km northeast into the Swedish countryside.
Upon arrival at the Lost Folks villa, we will have check-in and welcome lunch and drinks.

06:20 AM – Depart from Svanemølle to Helsingør (Ferry)
11:30 PM – Arrive in Mästocka
Intro & info welcome at the villa
12:30 PM – Lunch
13:30 PM – Hike & Dip (6 km slow tempo)
15.30 PM – Swedish Fika
16:30 PM – Saunagus & Aroma Therapy, 3 rounds – Team 1
17:30 PM – Saunagus & Aroma Therapy, 3 rounds – Team 2
19:00 PM – Long table dinner
20:30 PM – Campfire talks
