20:30 PM – Evening saunagus, aroma-& sound therapy 3. rounds w. lake dip.

8:30 AM – Team 1: Morning yoga – Team 2: Area Hike
9:30 AM – Breakfast
10:30 AM – Team 1: Area Hike – Team 2: Morning yoga
12.00 AM – Workshop: The lost art of breath
14:00 PM – Lunch
15.00 PM – Performance coaching session
17:00 PM – Team 1: Saunagus w. breathwork and ice plunge
18:00 PM – Team 2: Saunagus w. breathwork and ice plunge

9:00 AM – Waterfall trip w. swimming, breakfast & meditation in the forest
11:30 AM – Pack & get ready to leave
12:00 PM – Hugs goodbye & head back to CPH
