Intro & info welcome at the villa
5:30 PM – Short 4K HALO Hike to see the area

8:30 PM – Evening meditation with aroma-& sound therapy

2:30 PM – HALO Trail Run/Hike (10-15 KM)

If all participants speak Danish, we will conduct the retreat in Danish. However, if there is an English-speaking participant, the retreat will be conducted in both English and Danish. No advanced language skills needed. Danglish are most welcome <3
Transport is included
We don’t have a waitlist. When we launch a new retreat, all spots are released at the same time. If the retreat you wish to join is full – send us an email and we will contact you in case of a cancellation 🙂

Absolutely! On our previous retreat we’ve had a variety of ages. In saying this – most people tend to be between 20-35 years old.
We adjust the menu to allergies and special dietary requests. Let us know in the section in the check out.
