Personal trainer Cathrine Borre invited a group of brave participants to join her for a powerful nature training retreat with us, and they showed up ready to move, breathe, and challenge themselves.

Across the retreat, multiple daily training sessions pushed strength, endurance, and mindset, while yoga, meditation, and sauna rituals created balance and recovery.

The contrast was the magic: high pulse and deep calm, effort and stillness, sweat and steam. 

 Between sessions, guests recharged in nature, shared meals, and connected in a way that only happens when people step outside their comfort zones together.
