PROGRAM

DAY 1

Friday

15:30: Welcome to Mästocka, Sweden Settle in, breathe out, and arrive at the lodge.

16:00: Gather together - welcome and practicalities.

17:00: Saunagus & Cold Plunge in lake. A refreshing reset to mark the start of the weekend.

20:00: Dinner. Shared table, nourishing food, good conversations.

      Good to know

      Retreat house is located i the small village of Mästocka, 2 hours from Copenhagen.

      A packing list will be sent out before the retreat.

      Rooms are shared rooms.

      The aim is to meet and connect with likeminded people, recharge the mind, make new friends and memories, and indulge in nature, food and wellness together.

      All bookings, including the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to help you if unforeseen circumstances occur. Please get in touch immediately.

      When booking a retreat with us, you are thereby accepting the previous mentioned and upcoming terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy.

      Every participant needs their own travel insurance that covers them and the activities mentioned at the retreat. The guides and Lost Folks are not liable in terms of injuries or similar sustained damage for the duration of the trip.

      As a participant it is mandatory and expected to be transparent towards us and potential guides regarding health conditions or other factors that can play a role in the successful execution of the trip. We want you to have the best time and to feel safe, heard and enjoy the experience.

      Neither potential guides nor Lost Folks are liable in terms of injuries or similar sustained damage, nor any additional cost or expenses affiliated with cancellation or postponement of the original trip (car rental, ferry tickets or similar) caused by the guest.
